At Wheat Quality Australia, we classify new wheat varieties according to market needs. We do this by making wheat variety classification – categorising varieties according to their processing and end quality – relevant, effective and accessible to all involved in the wheat industry.

New Front Line for Wheat Quality Appointed
10 Apr 2012Five of Australia’s leading wheat experts have been appointed to Wheat Quality Australia’s Variety Classification Panel announced this week, and will be responsible for leading Australian wheat quality into a new era.
Wheat Quality Australia’s Executive Officer Cindy Mills said the panel represented “Australia’s front line” in maintaining the ongoing high quality of Australian wheat.
